This Data Processing Policy describes how MytransfersEU (operated by MytransfersEU LLC, the "data controller") processes personal data, the legal bases for processing, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. It complements our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

We use carefully selected service providers ("processors") who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements and only on our instructions:

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Booking and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. Quotes are reviewed manually.
