4. Data processors and sub-processors

- Assigned drivers/partners — to deliver your specific transfer, receiving only the details needed for the trip.

Some processors may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your data.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Booking and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised.
