We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work for bookings made with MytransfersEU. To cancel or amend a booking, contact us as early as possible by email or WhatsApp.
1. How to cancel or change a booking
Send us your booking reference (or pickup details and date) by WhatsApp or email. Your cancellation or change takes effect from the time we receive and acknowledge your request.
2. Cancellation by you
Where a booking has been prepaid, refunds are calculated based on how much notice you give before the scheduled pickup time:

3. Changes to a booking
Minor changes (time, pickup address, flight number) are made free of charge subject to availability. Significant changes — such as a longer route, extra stops or additional passengers — may affect the price; any difference will be agreed with you before confirmation.
4. Cancellation by us
In the rare event we cannot fulfil a confirmed booking (for example, due to circumstances beyond our control), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either an alternative arrangement or a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Delays and missed flights
- For airport pickups, we track your flight and adjust to reasonable delays at no extra cost within the included waiting window.
- If your flight is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, contact us as soon as you can so we can rebook or process a refund according to this policy.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider (such as Stripe). We do not charge a fee to process a refund.
